Shipping Timeframes

• Orders are shipped with 24 hours of your payment being received and cleared
• Delivery to Sydney metro and NSW country areas is 1 – 2 days delivery
• Other states within Australia is 2 – 3 days delivery

Other Shipping Information

• All shipping is done through the Australia Post eParcel service and require a signature upon delivery
• If you are not at home to sign for your delivery then Australia Post will leave a card to advise you of which local Australia Post Outlet you can collect the shipment from.
• We can ship anywhere in the world but please contact us directly regarding shipping charges for outside Australia
• If your parcel has not arrived with 7 days please email shipping@sexoclock.com.au
• When completing the checkout procedure for your order you are able to nominate any address to send the shipment to
• This can be used if you want to send someone a present or have it delivered to your non-residential address.
• All parcels and brown cardboard boxes with no reference to the product inside
